We received a call from “Customer A”, they had a few locations across the U.S. and they would hold management meetings on a quarterly basis. This involved gas reimbursement, airfare and hotel expenses as well as taking the managers out of the field for at least a couple days each quarter. They knew that they could leverage online meeting software for their meetings but that turned out to be not as robust as they needed, they wanted more control and better quality of video and content sharing. Tech5 to the rescue, we set them up with a Vidyo video conferencing system that provided active speaker center, content sharing and annotation as well as integration with the phone system for managers who were on the go! They were able to realize a return on investment in less than a year in travel, mileage and hotel expense alone not to mention increased productivity from their management staff. As time passed they realized that they could also leverage the system to deliver a better experience with clients as well, they even conduct employee interviews with their Vidyo sytem!
“Customer B” a long term care facility who had been working with Tech5 Consulting decided that they wanted to go paperless in their administration as they have been paperless for years on the clinical side. They used a cloud based system for clinical and had a small server in house for the administrative duties, this server would not handle the load that a paperless office would place on the system. Tech5 Consulting proposed a new VMware virtual environment with a Nimble Storage SAN to deliver the high availability that a paperless office demands. This not only provided the storage required but also speed and reliability.
“Customer C” was expanding their office space, actually doubling it. For many years they were very happy with their NEC phone system that they had in place and it worked very well for their needs, they only issue, they were not able to expand the system beyond what they already were using. A fast call to Tech5 solved the issue, we provided them with a Crexendo cloud based phone system that was reliable, customizable and most of all expandable. Not only can they keep expanding the system, we were able to add features that the old system just didn’t do such as the ability for them to add an app on their smartphones and have calls from the office directly transferred via the cell phone as well as a more robust menu system. “Customer C” was also quite surprised that their monthly access charges were much lower!
